Jennifer Morrill

Jennifer Morrill is Vice President of Senior Portfolio and Company Operations for Elevation Financial Group. She is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of all senior apartment properties owned by Elevation or its Affiliates as well as certain senior apartment properties owned by various non-profit organizations. Mrs. Morrill joined Elevation in 2009 and is extremely well-versed in many facets of the business. In her previous role with the Elevation, she was the Vice President of Accounting and Controller where she was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting, performance analysis and cash management for Elevation and all related companies.

Prior to joining Elevation in 2009, Mrs. Morrill was the senior accountant at K.S. Anderson, CPA, where she worked for 11 years. She has extensive experience with financial statement and tax preparation in diverse industries such as commercial real estate, multifamily housing, construction, restaurants, health-care consulting and event production. She partnered with wealth mangers, retail bankers, investment advisors, and mortgage lenders to serve high-net-worth clients. As senior accountant, Mrs. Morrill oversaw all areas of accounting functions and financial reporting.

Mrs. Morrill received both her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. She holds the TCS tax credit certification. She is a member of FBLA-Phi Beta Lambda’s Professional Division and volunteers at their student leadership conferences. Mrs. Morrill and her husband, Douglas, live in Winter Garden.
